This year's bike event returns in person with the theme "Back in the saddle again!"

Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will Zoom on Friday morning (June 11) to the topic of July’s Ride to Remember, according to Paula Scott, chamber CEO.
Members may join the teleconference at 7:20 a.m. by phone or video link. RSVP to [email protected] to attend.
Ron Headings, the bike ride chair, will lead a discussion on this year’s ride, scheduled for Saturday, July 10.
This is the 7th year for the ride. Last year’s event was virtual, making this year’s appropriate ride theme “Back in the saddle again!”
After a one-year cancellation, Bluffton Festival of Wheels returns later this month.
Vehicle registration for the 53rd annual Bluffton Festival of Wheels is underway according to Dan Diller, festival director. The show is sponsored by the Bluffton Lions Club.

This year’s festival is Friday, June 18, in downtown Bluffton. Registration is from 2 to 5 p.m. rain or shine. Vehicle judging is from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Trophies will be awarded at 7:30 p.m.
Trinity Lutheran Church, Jenera, will hold its Vacation Bible School from Monday to Friday, July 19-23. The VBS takes place at the church from 6 to 8 p.m.
Families can either pick up a free VBS box or attend in person. The VBS is for youth ages 3 to 11. Register at www.tlcjenera.org or call Jenny Boehm (262)391-7994.
The Bluffton swim team launched its season with a big splash.
Bluffton defeated Ada 860-295 in a meet on Monday night at the Bluffton pool. The girls’ team won 387 to 183 and the boys’ team won 473 to 112.
The Sardines travel to Kenton for a Thursday, June 10, meet and then to Van Wert on Monday, June 14. The next home meet is versus Westside on Thursday, June 17.
