If April showers bring May flowers, what do April snow showers bring?
The question comes following 4.7 inches of snow falling over a two-day period of April 20-21, according to Guy Verhoff, Pandora weather observer.
The snow fell in a month with temperatures reaching extremes of 83 degrees on April 27 to 19 degrees on April 2 – a 64-degree range.
To make the month even more interesting, April 2021’s average daily temperature was 51.4 degrees, higher than the April normal average of 49.7 degrees.
April’s daily weather summery follows in the chart below.
