We can't wait for "next" Saturday - it's Bluffton's Fall Festival

Here's the schedule of activities

It's still one week away, but just to get your juices flowing, here's the schedule for the 13th Bluffton Fall Festival on Saturday, Sept. 24.

All activities are free unless otherwise designated. Food and other items are available for purchase at multiple locations. There will be busses traveling between all locations at scheduled intervals.

This is the best way to watch a football game - on your dad's shoulders. Here is Liliana Fleming on the shoulders of her dad, Jason Fleming. They were near the goal line at the BHS-Ft. Loramie game.

Apollo renovation grand opening Sept. 29

Apollo Career Center celebrates its renovation grand opening from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 29.

The event is at the school, 3325 Shawnee Road, Lima. The grand opening is a dedication ceremony for the newly renovated facility.

The event will include a flag ceremony, ribbon cutting, unveiling of the Partner Wall, ribbon cutting at each tech lab and adult education, plus self-guided tours.

PTO holds bake sale during Sept. 26 school open house

Inviting all bakers to donate a baked good item

The Bluffton Elementary PTO will hold a bake sale during the Monday, Sept. 26, school open house.

The sale is from 6 to 7 p.m. in the elementary multi-purpose room. Persons willing to donate a baked good item may drop it off anytime during the day on Sept. 26. Drop off items in the teachers' lounge in the elemntary
