There's a Mom2Mom sale Saturday, Oct. 5, from 9 to noon at Ebenezer Mennonite Church gym, 8905 Columbus Grove Road.
At Mom2Mom sales, you'll find gently used kids clothes, covering all ages, plus maternity wear, accessories, and toys, etc. This sale is sponsored by the local MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) group, which meets at Ebenezer.
There is no admission free. Instead, MOPS are collecting non-perishable food/ canned goods for the Bluffton Food Pantry. MOPS also offers a bake sale, by donation, with all proceeds going towards their program.
Bluffton Scrap Artist Quilt club are selling raffle tickets for a quilt Saturday, Sept. 28, as part of Fall Festival activities. All proceeds from the quilt raffle will go to the Swiss Community Historical Society and Homestead, 8350 Bixel Road.
The quilt was made and donated by Lin Rumer, Bluffton, and is a combination of pinks and whites.
Raffle tickets cost $1 or 6 tickets for $5. Tickets can be purchased at the Schumacher Homestead on Saturday. The drawing will be at 3 p.m. You do not need to be present to win.
A speakeasy comes to Ada on Saturday, Sept. 28, and you are invited.
The Inn at ONU hosts a speakeasy cabaret from 7 to 9 p.m. offering a chance to travel back in time to the Roaring 1920s Prohibition era.
The evening includes appetizers, sparkling beverages and the sound of gold age jazz standards performed by the ONU Musical Theatre Class of 2020.
Tickets are $35 per guest. Reservation are required and seating is limited. To reserve your seat, call The Inn at 419-772-4112. A portion of the proceeds benefit the ONU musical theatre class.
The Bluffton community’s 16th annual Fall Festival, with many family-oriented activities, takes place throughout the community on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

• A silent auction is now underway at the Mennonite Memorial Home.It continues until noon on Saturday.
• A bake sale is Friday, Sept. 27, and Saturday, Sept. 28, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The next Bluffton Cars and Coffee event is Saturday, Sept. 28, at Masterpiece Signs, 902 N. Main St.
The event is an “informal gathering for enthusiasts and their cars," said Tim Boutwell. The monthly cars and coffee event continues through October. It is always held on the fourth Saturday of the month.
Each event is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the following Saturdays: Sept. 28 and Oct. 26.
