But, a giant leap from last year's covid-19 infested slow start

Bluffton’s 2021’s first quarter experienced $389,013 in building permit total figures on 11 permits filed with the village, according to Bryan Lloyd, assistant village administrator.

This is a giant leap from last year’s first-quarter covid-19 infested period, which saw four permits totally $84,804.

However, it is a far cry from the first quarter of 2019, which totaled $531,200 and $2018, which totaled $11.8 million. In 2018, GROB had a $10 building program.

Breaking down 2021 permits find one house, one accessory building plus several small projects.
