Kathleen A. Evilsizer

Kathleen A. Evilsizer, 82, Bluffton, died at 7:42 a.m., Oct. 31, 2010 at Richland Manor Nursing Home, Bluffton. She was born July 29,1928, to John T. and Margaret E. (Woods) Moran in Lincolnshire, England. On June 13, 1952, she married James S. Evilsizer and he died Nov. 29, 1992.

She was a homemaker and member of the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center.

Geraldine Mae Grismore Bucher, 93, died Oct. 22, 2010, at the Mennonite Memorial Home in Bluffton. She was born Aug. 8, 1917, in Bluffton to Allen and Cora Burkholder Grismore. Geraldine married S. Vinton Bucher on May 4, 1941, and he preceded her in death on Good Friday, 2009.

Mrs. Bucher graduated from Bluffton High School and attended Bluffton College. Geraldine and Vinton lived and worked on a farm next to her parent's farm. She worked as a telephone operator in Pandora and then at Triplett Corp. for more than 20 years.

James D. Moser, 88, of Pandora, died 12:00 p.m. Oct. 25, 2010, at the Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora. He was born Aug. 3, 1922, in Richland Township to Ira and Mary Herr Moser. On June 29, 1942, he married Dorothy Huser and she survives.

In 1957 Mr. Moser started his own electrical business in Pandora where he sold Hotpoint appliances, paint and small appliances. His wife, Dorothy, served as his bookkeeper and secretary. In 1968 his son, Tom, joined him.

Geraldine Bucher, 93 died at 1:10 p.m., Friday, Oct. 22, 2010 at the Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton. Arrangements are incomplete at Chiles-Laman Funeral Home, Bluffton.

Kathryn Elizabeth (Suter) Luginbill, 91, died at the Hilty Home, Pandora, Ohio, on Oct. 19, 2010. She was born to Harvey and Sylvia (Lugibihl) Suter on April 8, 1919, in Bluffton.

Kathryn was preceded in death by one brother, Dale Suter, and has two living sisters, Wanda Pannabecker of Bluffton, and LaDonna (Lloyd) Shook of Myrtle Beach, S.C.

On Dec. 18, 1943, she married Paul Luginbill who preceded her in death in 1991.

Julius "Jay" Robert Sanyi, 82, of Bluffton died at 9:55 p.m., Oct. 19, 2010, at Birchaven Village, Findlay.

He was born Nov. 10, 1927, in Pittsburgh, Pa., to Josef and Rosalia Konyha Sanyi. On July 24, 1990, he married Wilma Zimmerman and she survives.

Mr. Sanyi was retired from the Ford Engine Plant, Cleveland. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Bluffton, a member of American Legion 536, Gilboa and a veteran of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army Reserves, serving in World War II.
