Groves Bears store will temporarily relocate the business and reopen for walk-In business the week of March 29, according to Robin Wilch, store owner.
The new location will be at 123 S. Main St., which is the former Wright's store. The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) has used that building as its office during the streetscape project.

RoseAnn "Rosie" Rodabaugh Dolan died on Jan. 3, 2010, in Portland, Ore., following a lengthy illness. She was born on Aug. 2, 1954, in Bluffton, Ohio to Dr. Franklin D. and Lois M. Neiswander Rodabaugh, who preceded her in death. She married Christopher Dolan on June 28, 1986, in Bluffton in the garden at the home of her parents.
Anna Ruth Suter, 80, of Pandora died at 5 a.m. March 8, 2010, at Carlisle House, Bucyrus. Born May 25, 1929, in Pandora to Tillman and Rosa Suter Geiger, she married Wilmer E. Suter on Dec. 28, 1947, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 18, 1988.
The 2010 Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs Business Plan Competition kicks off on April 1 with the first of 10 seminars and culminates in June with more than $3,000 in prizes, according to John Bauer, BCE executive director.
"The combined seminar series and competition will teach participants to write a business plan that will improve an existing business or successfully start a new one," said Bauer. "The contest is open to entrepreneurs, start-ups, and emerging businesses (less than three-years old) in northwest Ohio."

A completed watershed action plan for Riley Creek was moved from January 2011 to December 2011, according Nancy Benroth, Bluffton's representative on the Blanchard River Watershed Partnership. The partnership met in late February.
The plan was moved because of the additional work needed to implement portions of the project.
Former Bluffton resident Tom Clark was recently inducted into the Indiana High School Wrestling Coaches Association Hall of Fame. The induction took place on Feb. 21.
Clark was inducted on the basis of his contributions as a referee on the high school and international level. This year's induction class included four coaches, four wrestlers and three referees.
