Maple Crest Assisted Living, Bluffton, is deficiency-free as a result of its 2020 annual State Department of Public Health survey, which took place on Jan. 16.
It's among of the highest confirmations of quality service for an assisted living community.
This is an especially outstanding accomplishment because this was Maple Crest’s 7th consecutive deficiency-free survey.
Daren Lee, director of Maple Crest, said, “This achievement was made possible by the daily commitment and continued dedication of a caring team.”

It's so new it still has a brace to keep it in place. This week a new sign was put in place at a familiar Bluffton address, 410 W. Elm St. The Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio sign identifies the Mennonite Home, at the curve on Elm.
