Sleepwalking happens when a child is asleep but does activities such as sitting up, getting out of bed, eating, or even getting dressed. Those activities could last a few seconds to a half hour–and the child will usually never remember they did it. It usually happens within the first couple hours of a child falling asleep.

In 2022, the Johnny Appleseed Park District is marking its 50th anniversary. One way to join the celebration is to participate in the district's 50 Mile Challenge. Walk, run or hike any of the nearby trails to complete the 50 miles, receive a 50 Mile Challenge Sticker and be entered in a drawing to win fabulous prizes.

Prizes include OSU Football tickets, Dayton Dragon tickets, Trekking poles, restaurant gift certificates.

June 15 marks the calendar halfway point, but participants have until September 1 to walk 50 miles and turn in log sheets.

It is with great pride that Edgar and Lisa Wenger of Bluffton, Ohio and Brian and Vicki Williams of Estero, Florida announce the upcoming wedding of their children, Julia Mae Wenger and Lindzey Page Williams. 

Julia was born and raised in Bluffton while Lindzey grew up in Cincinnati. They met attending Xavier University from 2009 to 2013 and earned degrees in Nursing and Sociology, respectively. After completing undergraduate work, Lindzey went on to earn her MBA from their Alma mater in 2015.   Julia is a registered nurse and Lindzey is a Social Worker.
