Students are returning to campus and the September Bluffton University calendar is full of events. It follows:

As the 2015-16 school year is now about one week away, the daily school calendars are starting to fill up.

Kyle Roby, teller at First National Bank, cuts the first piece of cake. The cake celebrates the First National's 25th anniversary with its Bluffton office. On Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. the  bank will have an outdoor cookout for customers and friends. 

The August Bluffton elementary school newsletter is now on the school website. Here is the back-to-school information from the newsletter.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES:  The school supply list is posted on the school website. Kindergarten student supplies will be furnished in their classrooms. 

MEET THE TEACHER:  We will hold our “Meet the Teacher” on Friday, Aug. 28, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. in the elementary school. 

Theory Expats will perform in tonight's (Thursday, Aug. 20) Town Hall Concert Series. The performance is at 7 p.m. on the third floor, according to Wendy Chappell-Dick.
