There will be llamas at the arts and crafts show. These nifty animals from the Gerken's Hard Rock Llama Farm, rural Ada, will be on Vine Street during Saturday's arts and crafts show. 

The Friends of the Library hold its semi-annual book sale Wednesday through Saturday, May 13-16. 

Besides the historys. mysteries, romances and children's books, the Friends have novels, non-fiction, cook books, gardening books, inspirational and biographies. 

Also available are beautiful books on old houses, arts and crafts, glass ware and home repair. 

All the proceeds go to library programs, such as summer reads, the youth programs, and 1,000 books before kindergarten.

The United Way of Bluffton, Beaverdam, and Richland Township current 2014-2015 campaign has raised $20,233.49, out of the campaign goal of $25,000, according to Neil Reichenbach, treasurer  

The percentage amount raised is 80.93%.  Persons may continue to make contributions at Citizens National Bank, or print the attachment at the bottom of this story and mail it to the United Way.

Mackayla Wilson, Bluffton High School senior, will sign a letter of intent to play softball at the University of Northwestern Ohio on May 14, according to Alex Hanna, BHS athletic director.

Wilson has been a letter winner the past four seasons as Bluffton’s catcher. She is Bluffton’s single season home run record holder. She was also second team All Northwest Conference and the team’s most valuable player in 2014.
