Last chance for art auction tickets
OCTOBER 30 DEADLINE FOR ART AUCTION RESERVATIONS
The deadline for reservations for the art auction hosted by Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs (BCE) is Friday, Oct. 30. To purchase tickets, RSVP to John Bauer at 419-358-6400 or email [email protected].
This event will be held at The Centre at Bluffton, 601 N. Main St., on Saturday Nov. 7. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with appetizers and a cash bar and dinner will be served at 7:15 p.m. The auction will be held immediately following dinner. All proceeds will go to BCE, a not-for-profit small business incubator. Dinner is $50 per person or $300 for a table of eight and is open to the public.
The auction will showcase artwork created by more than 25 local artists and artwork donated by local benefactors.
Featured artists will include Marianna Hofer, Greg Luginbuhl and Philip Sugden. Sugden, of Findlay, has donated an original oil etching that will be available at the auction. Sugden graduated from the New York School of Visual Arts and the Paris American Academie dex Beaux Arts in Paris. His works have been shown in over 130 exhibitions including in New York, London, and Paris. Currently his work is on exhibition at the Columbus Cultural Arts Center.
Art contributions will continue to be accepted until Oct. 30; donors will receive an in-kind contribution for tax donation purposes. For more information please contact John Bauer.
