The Super Bowl is America's most popular national sporting event. All across the country, millions of people gather to socialize and watch the big game.

The Hancock County Sheriff's Office has joined the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Ohio Traffic Safety Office (OTSO) and the National Football League (NFL) to spread an important safety message to the public about designating a sober driver on Super Bowl Sunday - Fans Don't Let Fans Drive Drunk.

Just in time for Valentine's Day. Ten Thousand Villages offers a "buy one, get one 50 percent off" on all jewelry sale. The sale is from Monday, Feb. 6, through Tuesday, Feb. 14, according to Aphaphanh Nussbaum, store manager.

What better way to celebrate February then with "All Things Chocolate." From 3:30 to 5 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 16, The Inn at ONU is offering a high tea featuring teas, finger sandwiches, pastries and even The Inn's popular chocolate fountain.
