Logan and Sydney Nussbaum

Hey, look! Spiderman. No, two Spidermen. Actually its Logan Nussbaum and his sister, Sydney. They were among countless youngsters who dressed up for the BFR Halloween party on Oct. 25. Logan and Sydney are the children of Rick and Aphaphanh Nussbaum of Bluffton.

Donald W. Steiner, 81, of Bluffton, died at 1 p.m., Oct. 24, 2009, in St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.

He was born April 15, 1928 to Clarence and Cora Rupp Steiner in rural Bluffton. On March 3, 1951, he married Eileen Gingerich and she survives.

Mr. Steiner was a farmer and retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber Co., Findlay. He was a minster at the Reformed Mennonite Church, Bluffton.

Long ago in another lifetime, you used to help your sister, Caroline, entertain our daughters when she was babysitting. Last I remember, you were working somewhere near Beaverdam, so I'm obviously behind the times. Explain briefly what you did after college in the way of work?
