Saturday's fall festival had a real bounce to it. The Bluffton Baptist Church had a kid's activities area on Vine Street. One of the activities was this inflatable bouncing room.

Bluffton University's annual fall choral concert is set for 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10, in Yoder Recital Hall. Free and open to the public, the concert will showcase three choirs: Camerata Singers and Accent!, each directed by Dr. Mark J. Suderman, and Bel Canto, directed by David Sawatzky. Anna Stembler-Smith will accompany both Accent! and Bel Canto on piano, while Allison Ringold will accompany Camerata Singers.
Gerald Dyck, a voice teacher at Bluffton for two years in the 1970s, will return to campus Thursday, Oct. 14, for a presentation about his newly published memoirs, "Musical Journeys in Northern Thailand." Free and open to the public, the talk will begin at 7:30 p.m. in 1 Mosiman Hall.
