Spraying for mosquitos in the village is underway for the summer. The Bluffton council will use certified employees from Ottawa to supervise our mosquito control application program.
According to Jamie Mehaffie, village administrator, Bluffton employees met with the supervisor and began spraying on June 30.
He said that the spray schedule will be Wednesday evenings beginning at dark. If weather forces the Wednesday application to not take place, spraying will be on Thursday of that week.
