The Bluffton village planning commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m., Thursday, July 16, to consider a proposed zoning reclassification, according to Jesse Blackburn, village administrator.
Held in the third floor of the town hall, 154 N. Main St., the hearing will consider rezoning of four parcels. These parcels are currently zoned Residential I (R-I). The hearing's intention, according to Blackburn, is to rezone them Industrial II (I-II).
It's a perfect afternoon for a sidewalk sale in downtown Bluffton. Here's an example of what you'll find at The Black Lab, 121 N. Main St. Several additional businesses have items on the sidewalk for easy viewing.
