C-R grad James Curran new executive chef at The Inn at Ohio Northern University
The Inn at Ohio Northern University announces the addition of new Executive Chef, James Curran.
Chef Jim is a Cory-Rawson High School graduate, a graduate of the John Casablanca Modeling School and The Restaurant School of Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia.
He has worked with celebrities such as Chefs Gram Kerr and Emeril Lagasse and has owned his own catering company. Most recently, Chef Jim was the Executive Chef at the Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington, Ky., where he was responsible for the restaurant, concessions and catering events.
The Inn at Ohio Northern University is a full-service hotel located in Ada. The Inn welcomes meetings, groups, and special events. With over 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, groups as large as 100 people can convene a seminar, meeting, wedding or other special event hosted in the boardroom and beautiful garden courtyard, complete with a central fountain and outdoor seating.
