"Around the world" theme of next week's BFR Adventure Camp

Pre-school camp's next Friday theme: Lil' chefs

Bluffton Family Recreation summer camp is underway and there's still room for additional campers for next week’s camp, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.

Register for next week’s camp by calling BFR at 419-358-4150.

"BFR summer camp is a full day experience, designed with a wide range of activities guaranteed to expand your child’s horizons. It is open to youth ages 5 to 12," said Tinch. 

He continued: "Kids have fun while making new friends, developing new skills, learning core values, building self-confidence and growing in self-reliance.

Lima-Bluffton-Lima bus service begins Monday

Allen County Regional Transit Authority will provide 5 busses through Bluffton Mondays through Fridays

Allen County Regional Transit Authority (ACRTA) will begin servicing five buses a day from Lima to Bluffton with a return to Lima beginning Monday, June 7.

The five busses, stopping in several Bluffton locations, will service the community Mondays through Fridays. The busses will also stop in Beaverdam.

The bus timetable is below this story. Runs begin in Lima at 6:20 a.m., 8:20 a.m., 10:20 a.m., 2:20 p.m. and 4:20 p.m.

Prices are extremly afforable and the fare structure is posted at the bottom of the story.

Bluffton University, Miami, Bowling Green State University, Rutgers, Cincinnati, Xavier, Ohio State University.

• Oh, the things you will see, including (but, not limited to):
Education, computer science, marine biology, lineman, robotics, sports management, business, nursing, retail, excavating.

Highest honors for 16 members of BHS class of 2021

Fifteen valedictorians and one salutatorian make up the Bluffton High School graduating class of 2021. Members of the class participated in the high school’s 140th annual commencement on Sunday.

The doctor will see you now

Bluffton High School presents Doctor Dolitte on the middle school stage in three performances this weekend. Performance times are 7:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday. Reserved seat tickets are available at the middle school office for $5. General admission tickets are available at the door for $3.
