BHS graduate Michael Blake to be inducted into Apollo hall of fame
Bluffton High School graduate Michael Blake will be inducted into the Apollo Career Center Hall of Fame during a 6 p.m. program Thursday, Feb. 2, at Apollo. He is one of two inductees this year.
The event is part of Apollo Career Center's celebration of National Career Technical Education month.
Another part of the program includes the presentation of the Charles M. Hankish, Jr. Student Citizen of the Year. The award goes to Paul Parthemore, Bath, an Apollo junior enrolled in the Commercial Foods/Hospitality program.
This award recognizes service to Apollo Career Center and the community. The late Charles Hankish, Jr., of Bluffton served for many years on the Apollo board.
