Greg Reichenbach tells Seniors about telemarketing scams on Aug. 13
Local attorney Greg Reichenbach will discuss telemarketing scams during the Monday, Aug. 13, Bluffton Senior Citizens monthly dinner meeting. The dinner is at 6 p.m. at the Senior Center.
Reservations are required by Thursday, Aug. 8. Mary Hofstetter and friends serve as hostesses. Tickets are $7.
Walt Early, who will be 90 in August, will receive a life time membership during the monthly program.
Several other events take place at the Center in August.
o On Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 10:30 a.m. is a free program "Meet The Expert." The program is hosted by Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio. A nurse and a social worker will attend to answer questions from persons this month. This month's topics is Green House Homes.
o The next community meal is Thursday, Aug. 16, at 6 p.m. It is served by members of the Ebenezer Mennonite Church.
o The monthly toe nail clinic is at 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 27. Persons need to call ahead for appointments. There is a $10 charge due at the tiime of the appointment.
o Western Square Dancing is at 6:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 27.
o On Tuesday, Aug. 28, is a bus trip to Shipshewana, Ind. The trip departs at 9 a.m.
