Robert C. Brown was a Navy veteran
Robert C. Brown, 80, of Bluffton died Oct. 12, 2013, at Richland Manor, Bluffton. He was born April 25, 1933, in Findlay to Harry C. and Winifred Ruby Harman Brown.
Hewas a retired welder for Werk-Brau of Findlay and Clark Equipment, Lima. He also worked at the Et Cetera Shop, Bluffton. He was a member of First Mennonite Church, Bluffton. He was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathy (Rick) Kempf of Mt. Cory, Linda Brown of Marysville, two grandsons, Jacob and Logan Kempf, three brothers, Ronald (Judy) Brown of Glen Rock, Wy., John (Maewin) Brown of Langley, Wash., and Harold (Susan) Brown of Gulfport, Miss. He was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Brown and a sister, Ruth Wrench.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Mennonite Church, Bluffton. Rev. Steven J. Yoder will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service.
