If the weather cooperates - chamber hosts Feb. 5 noon brown bag roundtable discussion on Bluffton
The weather may interfere, but in case it does not, the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a brown bag lunch roundtable discussion from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5, in the third floor of the town hall.
*Should the event be postponed, a reschedule date of Wednesday, Feb. 12, is in place.
The roundtable's theme continues the chamber's Jan. 17 breakfast discussion of “How can we improve Bluffton?" The discussion is open to any chamber member and Bluffton resident.
The chamber board will consider all the discussion points from the Jan. 17 session and from the Feb. 5 session. The intent is to create some priorities for the chamber for 2014.
During the chamber breakfast members addressed four questions:
1 - What can we do to attract more shoppers downtown and what can we do to make Bluffton a destination?
2 - What is Bluffton missing?
3 - What's the greatest community need that the chamber can provide or assist in?
4 - What additional benefits should the chamber provide for its members?
