Lots of adult class options this fall at Bluffton Family Recreation; newsletter now on Icon
Bluffton Family Recreation isn't just for youth. The fall fitness class schedule for adults is now available, according to Joseph Beagle, BFR director.
Class opportunities range from all-star workouts, water exercise, Aqua Zumba, cardio and strength building, SilverSneakers, yoga, to strength and flexibility.
Classes are offered at various times Mondays through Fridays.
In addition, the fall BFR newsletter, listing all programming from youth through adults is now on the Icon. It is also an attachment below.

For parents needing child care, it's available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Classes in the fitness program have various prices. The first class is always free. Following that class costs vary for members and non-members.
