7 and 11 p.m. Christmas eve services at English Lutheran
English Lutheran Church Christmas services follow:
Christmas Eve celebration begins with the Family Candlelight Service with Holy Communion at 7 p.m. This worship experience includes an inter-active re-telling of the Christmas story with the assistance of those children present. Amanda, Lauren, and Alyssa Speicher will provide instrumental music as a stringed trio.
At 11 p.m. is a Festival Candlelight Service of Lessons and Carols with Holy Communion.
Both of the Christmas Eve services conclude with the candlelight singing of "Silent Night."
Christmas Day:
An informal worship service of carols and sharing will be offered on Christmas morning, Dec. 25, at 9 a.m. Afterwards is a reception of Christmas punch and baked goods. Note, there will be no Sunday School on Dec. 25.
