An evening of "pops" Friday at Founders Hall

The first piece will be conducted by senior music education major Kimberly Meyer of Defiance, Ohio. The second piece will be conducted by senior music education major Mary Bender of Harrisonburg, Va.
The men of the Chorale will perform “Duke of Earl” arranged by Ed Lojeski, which will be conducted by senior music education major Samuel Black of Deshler, Ohio, as well as “Goodnight, Sweetheart, Goodnight” arranged by Roger Emerson and conducted by Aaron Johnson.
Suderman, director of choral activities, will conduct a combined University Chorale piece titled “Things That Never Die,” arranged by Lee Dengler.
Ana Yoder Coulter will accompany both the Camerata Singers and the University Chorale.
The Bluffton University Jazz Combo will perform three selections including the soulful Cannonball Adderley classic “Walk Tall.” The ensemble will feature solos by Aaron Johnson, Eddie Martin and Daniel Piero. The Jazz Combo is directed by Dr. Andrew Liebermann.
