$500 in prize money will be awarded
The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce is again sponsoring a residential holiday lighting contest. The judging will take place on Wednesday evening Dec. 6.
Here’s what you need to know:
Bluffton residents who want their displays to be judged must send a request to blufftonchamber@gmail.com. The e-mail request must have the family name and address listed.
The e-mail entry assures that your residence will be judged. The judges will also consider displays not formally entered.
Residential holiday lighting contest categories:
First place overall - $200 prize
Second place overall - $150 prize
Third place overall - $75 prize
Mayor’s choice (chosen by Judy Augsburger) - $75 prize
The contest is open to any residence inside the Bluffton village limits. Winners will receive Bluffton chamber gift certificates, which may be used at Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce member business.
