BLUFFTON - The Bluffton girls soccer team scored five goals in each half to blow out visiting Paulding 10-0 Monday evening in a Northwest Conference mismatch.
The Lady Pirates improved to 8-4-1 and 4-1 against NWC foes with the win. Winless Pauling fell to 0-11 and 0-4 in league playw itht he defeat.
Bluffton's Kayla White netted a hat trick with goals in the first, 19th and 46th minutes.
Laykin Garmatter tallied in the fifth minute and the 45th minute. Clara Matthews scored in the 11th minute, while Becca Hoff tallied two minutes later.
Reagan Mittendorf tallied in the 49th minute, while Riley Eachus scored in the 69th minute. Lauren Rhodes netted the 10th and final goal with six minutes left.
Bluffton's offense fired off a whopping 83 shots, with a season-high 50 attempts on goal. Paulding had to make 40 saves.
Paulding only got one shot off, which was on goal and saved to preserve the shutout.
Bluffton plays at non-league local rival Cory-Rawson Thursday.
