Greenhorn Restaurant first place BCE business plan winner

Owners are Jonah Agner and Bob Bell

The Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs has announced the winners in the 2020 Ropp Triplett Business Plan Competition.

The winners are listed  and a video of the awards presentation is below. The contestants are emerging businesses from the four-county area surrounding Bluffton.

"The business plan competition is a big undertaking in any circumstances. In this competition, our finalists were faced with completing their plans and presentations under the rapidly changing and challenging pandemic conditions that unfolded in March. All of our technical skills were boosted in the process," notes Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs executive director Paula Scott.

"Our volunteer judges showed great dedication as they reviewed written plans and presentations for nine finalists. This was an exceptionally large class and required providing scores and feedback on ten elements in the presentations."

"It was real pleasure to join together for a video presentation with all of our finalists, as well as our sponsors, instructor Kathy Keller, and members of the BCE board and staff. Our congratulations and thanks go to all who were involved in this program."
