Farmers market pre-season meeting Tuesday
Bluffton Farmers Market registration underway
Registration forms for Bluffton Farmers Market vendors are now available at explorebluffton.com/farmers-market. The deadline for discounted full-year reservations is April 16.
New and returning vendors are invited to an online pre-season meeting with Bluffton Farmers Market manager Greg Probst at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23.
Vendor fees for 2021 are $12.00 per week. The full-season discounted fee is $220.00 and reserves a designated spot for the entire season, May-October.
Registration requirements include a description of products sold, certificate of insurance and, if products require refrigeration, proof of mobile food vendor license. The farmers market is open to vendors with fresh, high quality fruits, vegetables, herbs, cut flowers, bedding plants, potted plants, and other agricultural products. All home-produced products (jams, jellies, baked goods, etc.) must comply with State of Ohio cottage food operations rules.
The Bluffton Farmers Market is open on Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. - noon, May through October. Located in the Citizens National Bank parking lot in downtown Bluffton, the market can be reached in just two minutes from I-75 at exits 140 and 142.
The market is a program of the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce. Email inquiries can be sent to Probst at blufftonfarmersmarket@embarqmail.com.
