BFR summer group exercise schedule

Group exercises at Bluffton Family Recreation will start the week on May 29th and continue over the summer. There will be no classes on Memorial Day. For more information, or to register for classes online, go to www.bfronline.com.

Monday

  • Water Exercise II 8:30am-9:30am
  • Fit Over 50 9:45am-10:30am
  • TRX 12:15pm-12:45pm
  • Cycling 6pm-7pm

Tuesday

  • Water Exercise II 8:30am-9:30am
  • Water Exercise I 9:30am-10:30am
  • Senior TRX 9:45am-10:30am

Wednesday

  • Balance & Stretching 7:45am-8:30am
  • Water Exercise II 8:30am-9:30am
  • Fit Over 50 9:45am-10:30am

Thursday

  • Senior TRX 9:45am-10:30am

  • HIIT 6am-7am
  • Fit Over 50 9:45am-10:30am
