Diane Muller worked for Whirlpool Corp.
Diane Jane (Ackerman) Muller, 86, passed away June 17, 2023 at the Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton. Diane was born May 11, 1937 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Gould and Viola (Krogh) Ackerman. On July 25, 1960 she married Jean Muller who preceded her in death on February 9, 2012.
Diane lived in Bluffton, Ohio most of her life and loved the farmland. She was a long-time employee of Whirlpool Corp. in Findlay, and was a long-time volunteer of the Et Cetera Shop in Bluffton.
Diane was survived by two children, Susan (Bob) Rotatori of Shaker Heights, Ohio and Greg Muller of Bluffton; two grandchildren, Isabella Rotatori and C. Max Rotatori both of Shaker Heights, Ohio; a brother, Larry Ackerman of Bluffton; a sister, Judy (Gary) DeVier of Lima; aunt to five nieces and nephews, Amy, Julie, Shari, Eric and Chris and a brother-in-law, Eddie Niswander of Findlay.
Diane was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Niswander and a sister-in-law, Sue Ackerman.
Diane's services will begin at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to the Bluffton Public Library or Bluffton EMS.
