Trinity Lutheran announces Christmas Eve services
Services on December 22 and 24
A special afternoon service by the students of Trinity Lutheran Church and School, Jenera, called "With the Shepherds on Christmas Night" will be held on Friday, Dec. 22, at 10:00 a.m. in the church at 301 North Main Street, Jenera.
The students from First through Eighth Grade and high school students will tell of Jesus' birth. This school year, Trinity Lutheran School celebrates 75 years and this service was their first Christmas Eve service in 1948.
“Silent Night” will be sung in German and English. Pre-service music by the students will begin at 9:30 a.m.
“With the Shepherds on Christmas Night" will again be presented by the students on Christmas Eve at 7:00 p.m. in the church. Pre-service music will begin at 6:30 p.m.
