Bluffton man guilty and fined on confinement of dogs charge
The Lima News has reported that on March 12, 2025 in the Lima Municipal Court, Stephen R. Gray of Bluffton pleaded no contest and was found guilty of confinement of dogs.
Gray's sentence was 10 days jail, 10 days suspended; $150 fine.
