The combination of a 6-inch-plus snowfall on Friday teamed with high temperatures over the weekend spell FLOOD in Bluffton.

First the snow, then the melt

High water - Bluffton awoke to high waters on the Riley on Monday, Feb. 28. This view shows East College Avenue at Harmon Field. The water line nearly covered the fencing around the stadium.
