Boutique 415 turns 4-years-old in April, according to Joan Frederick, boutique owner.

An anniversary sale takes place during the entire month. "Take advantage of our dot sale," she said. "Get an additional 10 percent off shoes, 20 percent off Good Works Jewelry and 30 percent off raincoats."

In addition, all customers with purchases of $75 receive a free eco-friendly tote, while supplies last.

An open house is set for 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, March 24, at 16534 Township Road 51, Bluffton.

The property will be auctioned on April 20. The property includes approximately 23.6 acres and a homesite in three parcels. The country home and building is on approximaately 2.5 acres in Section 30 of Union Township, Hancock County.

Siefker Real Estate and Auction Co., Ottawa, is handling the open house and auction.

March 26 in Lima office

On Tuesday, March 26, Citizens National Bank and Citizens Wealth Management Group will kick off a series of lunch and learns aimed at helping people make financial decisions and navigate life events. The events will be held every other month and rotate among CNB’s office locations.

The first will be held at the Lima office, 201 N. Main St., in the training room, at noon.

The topic for this lunch and learn will be understanding the difference between Traditional Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and Roth IRAs.
