Mennonite Memorial Home, 410 W. Elm St., Bluffton, will hold an Easter egg hunt and bake sale, Saturday, March 24.
The Easter egg hunt starts promptly at 10 a.m.
The bake sale is from 9 to 11:30 a.m. in the MMH lobby. The sale includes a wide assortment of items includeing cinnamon rolls, homemade noodles and angle food cakes.
Proceeds from the bake sale support the Mennonite Memorial Home Service Group.
Onalee Lehman Shepler graduated from Bluffton in 2002. She married fellow Bluffton alum Nick Shepler (who graduated in 2005). They have 2 children, Levi age 7 and Ivy 4. She received her Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University in 2004.

The Pandora-Gilboa High School boys’ varsity basketball team defeated Mohawk 50-31 in the Division IV regional semi-finals on Tuesday evening in Bowling Green State University's arena.
On Friday the Rockets face Crestview at BGSU. The winner advances to Columbus next weekend.

Bluffton swimmers’ results from Northwest Ohio YMCA-League Championships
Saturday and Sunday, March 10-11, 28 Bluffton swimmers competed at the Northwest Ohio YMCA-League Championships at Bowling Green State University. They competed with 792 swimmers from the Northwest Ohio league that includes 18 teams from lower Michigan and northwest Ohio.
By Still Waters Bistro (formerly Jeanne’s Kitchen) took first place in the Soup Cook-off held March 8 at Maple Crest Senior Living Village.
The restaurant’s offering of butternut squash soup garnished with candied pecans, lead the menu of seven soups all prepared by area eateries.
Luke’s Bar & Grill’s creamy chicken and rice soup took second place, while cream of ham and potato provided by the Rowdy Rooster, Columbus Grove, was third.
