Jeff Slattery has been named executive director of Richland Manor Health Campus, 7400 Swaney Road, Bluffton.
Most recently, he was administrator for a 63-bed facility in Hicksville. In this role, he was instrumental in revitalizing the facility, including re-establishing positive relationships with community members and state regulators, and recruiting campus team members to assist him in this transformation.
The community has an opportunity to met Slattery during Richland Manor's family night celebration. It is at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 19, at Richland Manor.
Bluffton American Legion Post 382 presented checks to 11 area organizations on Sept. 9. Kyle Leatherman, the middle school principal and director of transportation, spent the past six years at Gibsonburg where he taught business and technology to students in grades 7-12 and was the head softball coach and webmaster.
