On Tuesday, May 28, the Village of Bluffton Council took the first steps required to ask Bluffton voters for new funding for Village EMS, Fire and Police departments. Beginning with a separate committee of the whole meeting, councilors reviewed developments that make current funding inadequate to continue existing levels of service.

The May 22 meeting of the Bluffton Exempted Village Schools Board of Education included actionable items and a presentation by some of Bluffton Elementary’s third graders on their Little House on the Prairie projects.
The Board welcomed the following 3rd grade teachers and students:
A 7 p.m. public meeting on Wednesday, May 22 has been scheduled by the Village of Bluffton and Richland Township to cover safety services business. The meeting will be at Bluffton Town Hall, 154 N. Main.
