Homecoming drivers

Two library book discussions set for October

Bluffton Public Library will host a discussion of Terry Ryan's book The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio at Common Grounds Coffeehouse & Caf'e on Wednesday, Oct. 27, at 10 a.m.

Copies of the book are available at the library. The discussion is also open to individuals who have already read the book. Space is limited and registration is required. For more information, log on to www.blufftonpubliclibrary.org, visit the library or call 419-358-5016.

Senior BHS royalty

Seniors on the 2010 Bluffton High School homecoming court are from left, Christian Koch, Evania Bonifaz, David Yoder, Shannon McKamey, Emily Buroker and Dustin Brinkman. The 2010 homecoming king and queen will be announced during a pre-game ceremony on Friday at Harmon Field. BHS girls win Kalida Invitation; Matthew Herron first boy to finish

Last Saturday, the Bluffton cross country teams travelled to Kalida to compete in the first ever Wildcat Invitational.

Only two days before, a victory for the girls at the Riverdale Invitational left many exhausted and happy, but the runners knew that they couldn't be satisfied just yet.
