Pride and Prejudice on stage at Bluffton University

Cast list follows

Bluffton University Theatre will present the play “Pride and Prejudice” by Kate Hamill and based on the novel by Jane Austen from March 21-24. Performances begin at 7:30 p.m. on March 21-23, and at 2:30 p.m. on March 24 in Ramseyer Auditorium in College Hall. Dr. Melissa Friesen, professor of theatre and communication, will direct the show.

American Eclipse book discussion with Bob Antibus

The Bluffton Public Library will be holding a book discussion with Robert Antibus on Tuesday, March 26 at 6:00 p.m. He will be discussing the book American Eclipse by David Baron. 

Easter Cantata in Pandora, March 24

The Pandora United Methodist Church Choir will present their Easter Cantata "Praise the God of Resurrection" written by Mark Hayes, Lloyd Larson, Joseph M. Martin and Ruth Elaine Schram on Sunday March 24 during the 9:30 a.m. worship service.

On March 10, 2024 at approximately 2:10 p.m. our office received a complaint regarding a female subject requiring medical care at the residence of 2982 Makley Dr. Lima, Ohio (American Township, Allen County).

Patrician Ann (Cupples) Kidder died Monday, March 4 2024 at Mercy New Life Hospice in Lorain, Ohio following a ten-year battle with Multiple Myeloma Cancer.

In June 2023, State Wildlife Officer Jason Warren, assigned to Lake Erie, and State Wildlife Officer Mark Williams, assigned to Franklin County, contacted three anglers aboard a boat in Vermilion Harbor along Lake Erie. All three subjects had Pennsylvania fishing licenses, but none had a valid Ohio fishing license.
