Krysti's Music Studio, South Main Street, Bluffton, is accepting new students for fall classes, which start the week of Aug. 27.
"We provide lessons in piano, guitar, voice, violin, theory, and composition." said Krysti Schey, studio owner. "We believe that music lessons are an enriching experience for students of all ages, and we are passionate about providing fun, yet quality lessons tailored to each student's individual needs. Included in the lesson program are group lessons and multiple opportunities for performing."
A full slate of activities is on the calendar this weekend for the Riley Creek Festival, held Friday and Saturday, Aug. 10-11, in Pandora.
Events include a Friday evening downtown car show, carnival games, an auction, outdoor movie and lots of food.
Other Friday events include a cornhole tournament and oldies music with a DJ.
On Saturday is a pancake breakast and 10 a.m. parade.
On both evenings and on Sunday afternoon and evening will be the presentation of "Brigadoon." The Riley Creek Players present the musical in the Pandora-Gilboa School auditoria.

Get your horns, drums, flags and batons out and start practicing.
That's the message from Rachael Lewis of the Bluffton school music department.
Former Bluffton High School marching band members are invited to join the 2012-2013 Bluffton High School marching band for the pre-game football show on Friday, Aug. 31.
Lewis said, "This includes horns, woodwinds, percussion, flags and majorettes. Those who are able are welcome to march down from the high school to the field with the band prior to the game."
