"Ole Augie" honors Augsburger, who has served as the club president for over 22 years. Tom is part of the first "father-son" team to share the number one trout honor. Tom's father, Ralph, was recognized by the club when it named the number one trout in his honor in 1983.
You don't have to be a railroad fan to appreciate this, but it helps. Norfolk Southern Railway - the line that goes through Bluffton - is creating a fleet of 18 heritage units.
The locomotives will carry the historic paint schemes of predecessor railroads in the N&S system. That means that hauling freight somewhere within the large Norfolk Southern lines will be a locomotive that oddly resembles a former Nickel Plate Road diesel.
Blanchard Valley Hospital, in partnership with the Greater Northwest Ohio Diabetes Association and the Findlay YMCA, will be holding diabetes support group meetings.

Volunteers are needed to deliver Mobile Meals within the Bluffton community. One driver is needed on the second Tuesday of each month and another driver is needed on the third Friday of each month.
Delivering meals takes only a little over one-half of a hour. This assists people in need and is very rewarding for volunteers.
To be a Mobile Meal volunteer, please call Mary Ann Ring, MMH Volunteer Coordinator, at 419-358-1015.
