Twelve Bluffton Lions Club members picked up litter and other debris  between State Route 235 and County Road 15 along County Road 313 on Oct. 27, according to Dick Ramseyer of the club.

Chair of the project, Lion Andy Armstrong, said that the purpose of the program is to instill community pride, public awareness and to improve the appearance of our county and township roadways.

Armstrong added that the local adopt-A-road clean-up is a Bluffton Lions Club community service project, held in the fall and spring.

The Bluffton Lions club was charter February, 21, 1934 and has a membership of 83. More information about Bluffton Lions is available at the following web sites: www.blufftonlions.org & www.blufftonlionsfoundation.org.
