Bluffton chamber offers two free programs Friday morning

The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce offers two programs open to the public in the third floor of the town hall on Friday morning, Feb. 15.

 

7:30 a.m. breakfast sponsored by Richland Manor
(Breakfast serving begins at 7 a.m.)

Richland Manor is this month's breakfast sponsor and program provider.

The chef-prepared meal will feature: cheese omelets, sausage links, fruit parfaits, orange juice and coffee.

Mike Sinn, Paragon area manager, has nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and will provide a special presentation about the therapy services offered at Richland Manor, including short-term rehabilitation, Physical, occupational, and speech therapies as well as outpatient therapy services.

Paragon Rehabilitation is the rehab company that provides Richland Manor residents with top-of-the-line therapy services in the campus’ state-of-the-art heath center.

8:45 a.m. workshop on stress in the workplace

Stress is something that we all deal with on a regular basis and in many forms. There are many external sources of stress in our lives, but do you know how much stress you cause yourself?

This workshop will help identify ways in which you inadvertently create tension in your life, including some personality characteristics that are stress-inducing.

Learn to identify your internal stressors and what you can do to start reducing tension in your life.
