Bluffton Elementary School has scheduled Kindergarten screening for Monday, April 15 through Wednesday, April 17.
Any child who will be five years old by August 1 is eligible to enroll.
To be placed on the mailing list please contact the elementary office at 419-358-7951 or may e-mail your information to [email protected] . You will need to provide the following information:
- child's name
- birth date
- parent's names, address and phone number.
All children are required to be up to date on their immunizations before starting school. The Allen County Health Department provides immunizations. More information can be found at www.allencountyhealthdepartment.org .
