Here's the proposed 2014 village street maintenance list
Bluffton council will consider an aggressive street maintenance program this summer. The action is on Monday’s council agenda. Here are the streets under consideration. The list with cost estimates is in the attachment at the bottom of this story.
• Main Street – Bentley to corporation limits
• Alley – Franklin to Vine
• Municipal parking lot west side of Main
• College Avenue – Albert St. to County Line Road
• Westland intersection at East Elm
• Harmon Road – Kibler to Poplar
• Lawn Avenue – Franklin to Riley
• Commerce Lane – SR 103 back 250 feet
• County Line Road – SR 103 to railroad
• North Spring – Elm to Riley
In addition to the street program, council will vote whether to pass the second of three required readings of a revised sidewalk ordinance. The wording of the ordinance is also in the attachment.
