Bradley Koontz was a Cory-Rawson HS grad
Bradley M. Koontz, 41 died Saturday, May 17, 2014, at his home. He was born July 7, 1972, in Bluffton to John R. and Sue (Crawford) Koontz who survive in Bluffton.
HE worked as a team leader at Roki Industries, Findlay, for the past 13 years. He was a member of the Mt. Cory United Methodist Church. He was a graduate of Cory-Rawson High School.
Survivors also include a daughter Ashley Koontz of Bluffton; a brother Brian (Melissa French) Koontz of Findlay; half brother Alan (Holly) Koontz of Holgate; and a maternal grandmother Treva Crawford of Bluffton.
He was preceded in death by a sister Tammy Carter.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Clymer Cemetery near Mt. Cory. Rev. Jerry Lewis officiating.
