Julie Bankert opens bookkeeping business
Julie Bankert recently established J. Bankert Bookkeeping, LLC, in Bluffton. As a new affiliate of Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs, her office is at 505 E. Jefferson St.
Bankert, a native of Bluffton, holds an associate of applied business degree, is a certified public bookkeeper, certified QuickBooks advisor and holds a bookkeeping financial services certificate.
She said, "I help people who are overwhelmed. I take care of day-to-day bookkeeping, including paying bills on time, invoicing customers promptly and balancing checkbooks. I provide timely, relevant financial reporting that helps clients run their business in a profitable, sustainable way. As a result, I give clients more time to do the things they love."
She had 14 years experience working in the corporate environment in the financial accounting software industry. Her experience is with Solomon Software, Great Plains software, Microsoft Business Solutions software and Six Disciplines business software.
In addition, for one year she was an office specialist performing bookkeeping and customer service duties for Basinger Plumbing and Heating.
