BFR reminds members to keep their heart healthy
“A healthy heart is a happy heart.”
Bluffton Family Recreation wants to remind its members that walking is good for their health.
Fultz Sign Company recently installed the first of several messages on the BFR indoor track, reminding members that walking is good for you.
“The intention is to carry the good heart theme all the way around the track,” said Joseph Beagle, BFR director.
Members may contribute toward the goal of having the red “heart beat” continue around the track.
